Return & Exchange Policy (India Only)
Omvibe products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), meaning each item is produced after you place an order. Because of this, we can only offer replacements/refunds for verified product issues.
1) Returns / Exchanges (change of mind, wrong size ordered)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including (but not limited to):
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Preference-based reasons (fit/feel/color expectation)
- Ordering mistakes (wrong variant selected at checkout)
Please check the size chart, product details, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We do not offer paid size exchanges.
2) Eligible cases (replacement / refund)
You are eligible for a free replacement (reprint) or, where appropriate, a refund if you receive:
- A misprinted item
- A defective item
- An item that is damaged in transit
- The wrong item
3) Claim window (strict)
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised after 7 days may not be accepted.
4) What you must provide (proof required)
To file a claim, email todoindia@proton.me with:
- Order ID / order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Photos of the original packaging (including shipping label, if available)
- Unboxing video (required for damage/defect/misprint verification)
Without the above proof, we may be unable to approve a replacement/refund.
5) What happens after approval
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (reprint): We will produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refund (if applicable): Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days after processing.
6) Shipping (Free Shipping Included)
Our product prices include free shipping, so there is no separate shipping fee charged at checkout to refund.
7) Undelivered / Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If an order is undelivered and returned to origin due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Customer unavailable
- Refused delivery
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
we do not offer refunds for such cases. Reshipping (if possible) may require a new order with the correct address.
